I always struggle to feel inspired when finding new makeup and try to look in places you wouldn’t usually look, such as your go to beauty destinations, like Boots, Debenhams and Superdrug. You can usually find great deals and offers in these places at competitive prices and if you’re willing to try new brands or be pleasantly surprised at finding brands you already know and love. I’ve vowed that this year I am going to crack on with getting my skin in tip top condition, and be a little bit less bias to the stuff I do use (mainly Pixi and Body Shop) and splash out on skincare in all shapes forms and sizes.

If I leave my house without eyeliner on my eyes people always ask me if I’m unwell as I don’t look myself. I am fully aware I do look like a naked mole rat without some sort of eyeliner on my eye so I do try to wear it 90% of the time.
With that said, I am always keen on trying new eyeliners out, whatever the colour, formula or application.
I picked up Rimmel’s newest eyeliner when it caught my eye in June, boasting of it’s 24 hour wear and pigmented formula.
Read on to see how I got on with it!
