I heart Makeup, Makeup Revolution Blushing Hearts Triple Baked Blusher Review!

While I was at the Superdrug Beauty Store opening last month I decided to pick up a new blusher from I heart Makeup. I usually go for pinks rather than bronze-y peach colours but decided to give this a go. I was pleasantly surprised! There are three types and I chose Peachy Keen.

Michael Kors Spring Summer s/s 2014 Makeup Review!

After being invited along to the Lauder blogger’s event I was sent some Michael Kors makeup to test and review for my blog. This has taken a little longer to review as I have never tried out Kors products and I wanted to get a fuller view of how their products last on the skin, and I’m also at the end of my 1st year Art university course so I have been extremely busy!

I was randomly sent a bronzer, two nail polishes, a lipstick, fragrance, and lipgloss to try!

Each collection is split into three, for a day time look, mid day, and evening. I was sent a selection of each collection!

Time trialed = 1 Month

L’Oreal Paris Miss Manga Mascara Violet Review!

I was a bit skeptical about trying a new mascara but I did need a new every day mascara, as personally my usual mascara is a little too full volume for every day wear. I decided to try the new L’oreal Miss Manga Mascara in Violet for a change, and I got it at the introductory price of £5.99.

“Mega Volume Miss Manga Mascara creates bold volume

with L’Oreal Paris’ first 360° flexible cone shaped brush that amplifies upper lashes and reveals lower lashes.”

With it’s interesting brush shape and advertisement I grabbed one to try.

Price: £5.99 (£8.99 RRP)

Time trialed: 4 weeks.

Look of the day – Rihanna

I’ve been listening to a lot of rihannas older music recently so I decided to do my own wearable interpretation of her look from Who’s That Chick.

W7 Brow Bar Review!

I’ve wanted to try W7 makeup for a while as I’ve heard their blushes are amazing dupes for Benefits Box blushes, although all I can usually find is their nail varnishes which I am a massive fan of.

W7’s Brow Bar contains 4 colours, 1 highlight and 4 colours ranging from a light brown to a black, and also contains 2 angled brushes, 1 brow Comb and 3 brow stencils.

Time trial; 2 weeks

Price paid ; £2.99

Claims: none on the box but you simply use the stencils and fill in with the powders.
