Working again with Femmeluxe, I’m bringing you a haul of clothes they kindly sent for me to review here.
I was kindly sent 2 dresses and 2 sets of lounge wear that I have tried out. As usual I found clothes that I can find practicality with so I can wear to work, wear out and get a good use out of them so I can give my honest opinions.
Femmeluxe is a fashion brand and website that caters to sizes XS-XL selling a range of clothing such as lounge wear, party dresses, every day dresses, active wear and coats.
This was the first dress I picked, which was a wrap ribbed black dress. It feels comfortable and has two loops to add a belt to it. The dress slit is in a position that lengthens the body and isn’t in an awkward place. It washes well, and feels warm and comfortable. It also isn’t too thin like some online clothes can be and could be worn without a need of a bra.
The second dress was out of my comfort zone. Liked the cut of the dress and added it to my basket. The cut is low and the length is short, so for me I do have to pull it up and wear it with a skirt. When I wore this out my friends loved how I styled it. It didn’t feel sore under the arms and there was a good give to the dress when sitting down and moving about. It washes really well with no problems so this is going to be reworn and restyled with different skirts!
The two lounge wear sets I got were a little disappointing, the trousers were more like a medium, and the one was like a small medium, however the tops fit so I have paired them again with the same skirt as above.
First up is a cropped jumper, it’s nice and thick and will be worn with a thin strappy black t-shirt underneath, or on its own. I’ve worn this with a dress on top and it looked lovely styled with black Dr. Martens.
The second top I am absolutely in love with. It has draped bell sleeves that are fitted at the ends. I love pairing this with jeans and heels, and with a black skirt and boots much like the other jumper. It is a little see through, but with a nice bra on underneath this isn’t an issue for me. It washes well and has kept its shape.
I’d recommend femmeluxe for clothing if you want to spruce up your wardrobe as their clothes are comfortable and wear well, as well as being affordable. Check out their website here at Femmeluxe
